Information collected automatically
Location data — with your permission, to show nearby venues and power map-based discovery.
Device information — device model, OS, unique identifiers, IP address, and mobile network info.
Usage data — screens viewed, features used, searches, saved places, and interaction patterns like likes, follows, and shares.
Log data — crash reports and diagnostics that help us maintain the app.
Information from third parties
Social login — basic profile info (name, email, photo) if you sign in via Google or similar providers.
Payment processors — transaction confirmations for in-app payments; we never store full card or bank details.

Other users — your public profile, reviews, ratings, and posts are visible as part of the app's discovery features.
Service providers — cloud hosting and database (Supabase), analytics, AI-powered recommendation providers, payment processors (e.g. Razorpay), and push notification services.
Business venues/partners — aggregated or specific data relevant to bookings, reviews, or interactions tied to their listing.
Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Supabase). We use encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication safeguards to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Withdraw consent for location tracking or notifications anytime via device settings

Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children's Privacy
Tooro is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We don't knowingly collect data from children. If we learn a child has provided personal information, we'll delete it promptly.

The app may link to third-party websites or venues we don't operate. We're not responsible for their privacy practices — review their policies separately.

International Data Transfers
If you access the app from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the app, you consent to this.
